• Any changes to your account information must be reported to wunbd without delay.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Wunbd's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from opening accounts or placing bets.

• A national ID card or passport may be required to verify your age at the time of registration.
• wunbd may request age verification at any time.
• Providing false information about your age may constitute a criminal offence.

To make withdrawals or process large transactions on wunbd, you must complete the identity verification (KYC) process. This is in place to protect both you and us.

The following documents are typically required for KYC:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent photo of the individual (selfie)
• Proof of ownership of the bKash/Nagad account
• Proof of address document, if required

The following rules apply to all users when placing bets on wunbd. They are designed to maintain a fair and safe betting environment for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless wunbd specifically provides that option.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bet will be voided and the original stake refunded.
• wunbd is not liable for any bets that fail to be placed during live betting due to internet disconnection.
• Any attempt to manipulate the betting system will result in permanent account closure.
• wunbd sets the minimum and maximum bet amounts, which are subject to change.

• The minimum deposit amount is subject to the limits set on the platform.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number used for the deposit.

• Harassing other users or spreading misleading information

Wunbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason.

• Accounts may be closed without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• If there is a valid balance, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw funds before the account is closed.
• In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

Wunbd believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should never become an addiction. We are deeply committed to responsible gaming.

• Each user may set their own deposit limit.
• You can temporarily suspend your account at any time using the self-exclusion feature.
• wunbd continuously monitors for unusual betting patterns to detect and address potential issues.
